Comfort, made simple
Easera started with a simple observation: most of us spend the day sitting — at a desk, in a car, on a couch — and our necks and backs quietly pay for it. Not with anything dramatic. Just a stiff neck by four o'clock, a lower back that aches on the drive home, eyes that feel heavy long before bedtime.
So we built a small shop around exactly that problem. Heated massagers, posture and lumbar support, stretching aids, and recovery tools for tired legs and tired eyes. Nothing else.
How we choose what to sell
- Curated, not cluttered — a handful of products, each with a clear job. If we can't explain in one sentence who it helps, we don't list it.
- Made for home and office — quiet, compact, and simple enough that you actually keep using it after week one.
- Honest about what it is — these are comfort and relaxation products, not medical devices, and we say so on every product page.
What you can expect
- Prices in euros, VAT included, shipping shown before you pay.
- Tracked delivery across the EU, with the estimate stated up front rather than buried.
- Fourteen days to change your mind, as EU law requires — no argument, no restocking games.
- A reply from a person, in Dutch or English, usually within one working day.
Where we are
Easera is run from Leeuwarden in Friesland, the Netherlands. It's a small operation, which is the point: there's no support queue to disappear into.
