Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Netherlands & Belgium: 8–15 business days
- Rest of EU: 10–18 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods — if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (EU right of withdrawal). You may unpack and try the item as you would in a shop; please return it complete, in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and your order number — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Statutory warranty rights under EU and Dutch law apply to all products.
