Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, here's how returns and refunds work.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise this right, inform us via our contact page or by email before the withdrawal period expires.

Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.
• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
• You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you supply proof of return shipment. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights under EU and Dutch law remain unaffected.
