Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Our products ship from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
- Netherlands and Belgium: typically 8–15 business days
- Rest of EU: typically 10–18 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us via the contact page and we will trace it for you. If it is lost, you get a replacement or a full refund.
If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number for a free replacement or refund.
